- MatraX Off-Road tyres including Veragua A/T, Veragua M/T, and Navarra R/T are excluded from this campaign.

5) How to Claim
To submit a claim, visit the official MatraX Claim Page at www.matraxtyres.com/tw/road-hazard-cover/claim and complete the online form using either your Certificate Number and your email or phone number.
Once submitted, your request is sent to the dealer where you purchased the tyres for review. You will receive an on-screen confirmation acknowledging receipt of your claim.
After submitting, you must contact or visit the dealer where you replaced your tyres for inspection.
MatraX will coordinate directly with the authorised dealer to verify eligibility and arrange repair or replacement as applicable under these Terms. No cash alternative is provided.
6) Corrections & Re-Issue
- You may request a re-issue of the Certificate only to correct or update new contact details (e.g., email or phone).
- Re-issue provides a new Certificate with an updated Certificate Number; the previous certificate is marked Superseded.
- Re-issue does not extend or reset the cover period (the end date remains tied to the invoice date).
- Changes to other details (vehicle, dealer, invoice data) are not permitted after approval.
7) Data & Privacy
By registering, you consent to MatraX processing your personal data (including your invoice image) to administer this campaign, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, and support your claim.
MatraX may share this information, where necessary for these purposes, with its affiliated companies, authorised distributors, service providers, and other partners directly involved in managing, promoting, or operating the MatraX brand.
All data is handled in accordance with the MatraX Tyres Privacy Policy.
